Neil has facilitated direct therapeutic programing in an authentic manner by engaging youth in discussions; centering their voices, personal experiences and life narrations, while providing youth engagement, and leadership opportunities. Neil’s positive outlook, lived-experiences, and therapeutic approach is an asset when facilitating programs and activities.
